OsakaFam 개인정보처리방침

OsakaFam(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보처리방침을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
본 앱은 다음의 권한을 사용하며, 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
- 카메라 (Camera): 메뉴판·간판 등을 촬영하여 AI 번역 기능을 이용하기 위해 사용됩니다. 촬영된 사진은 번역 처리 후 즉시 삭제되며, 별도로 저장되지 않습니다.
- 사진/갤러리 접근: 갤러리에서 사진을 선택하여 AI 번역에 사용하기 위한 목적입니다.
- 위치 정보 (Location): 주변 시설(화장실, 약국 등) 검색을 위해 Google Maps에 전달됩니다. 위치 정보는 앱 내에 저장되지 않습니다.
- 인터넷 (Internet): 날씨 정보, 환율 정보, AI 번역 API 호출, 광고 표시를 위해 사용됩니다.
2. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
- OpenAI: 사용자가 직접 입력한 API 키를 통해 사진 번역 요청 시 이미지가 OpenAI 서버로 전송됩니다. OpenAI의 개인정보처리방침은 여기에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
- Google AdMob: 앱 내 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob SDK가 사용됩니다. AdMob은 광고 최적화를 위해 기기 식별자 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. Google의 개인정보처리방침은 여기에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
- Google Maps: 길찾기 및 주변 시설 검색 시 Google Maps로 연결됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 보관 및 삭제
본 앱은 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 개인정보를 별도로 수집·저장하지 않습니다. OpenAI API 키는 사용자의 기기 내에만 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 광고
본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재합니다. 광고 식별자(Ad ID)가 광고 최적화 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.
6. 변경 사항
본 개인정보처리방침은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

OsakaFam ("the App") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Information We Collect
The App uses the following permissions but does not store personal information on any server:
- Camera: Used to photograph menus and signs for AI translation. Photos are deleted immediately after processing.
- Photo/Gallery Access: Used to select photos for AI translation.
- Location: Used to find nearby facilities (restrooms, pharmacies) via Google Maps. Location data is not stored within the App.
- Internet: Used for weather data, exchange rates, AI translation API calls, and displaying advertisements.
2. Third-Party Services
- OpenAI: Images are sent to OpenAI servers for translation when users use the AI translation feature with their own API key.
- Google AdMob: Used for in-app advertising. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad optimization.
- Google Maps: Used for navigation and nearby facility searches.
3. Data Retention
The App does not operate its own server and does not collect or store personal information. The OpenAI API key is stored only on the user's device and is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
4. Children's Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers (Ad ID) may be used for ad optimization.
6. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Changes will be communicated through App updates.
